What Could Lymph Nodes Post Perianal Abscess Surgery Suggest?

Hi, recently I had a surgery for perianal abscess, 2 days after that I noticed a hardened lymph node on left side of my neck just above the color bone whose size is about a small peanut. it is hard and slightly movable, what could be the reason for this and what should be the treatment.
