What Could Migraine Along With Involuntary Twitching In Eye, Arm And Foot Indicate?

I currently have a migraine which started today. Yesterday I had involuntary twitching in my eye and foot. Today I have had twitching in the upper muscle in the back of my arm. Could this be related to my migraine? I ve had my eye twitch before (sometime for long periods), but never other muscles. I also have trigeminal neuralgia and a mixed connective tissue disorder. I had extensive neck surgery -- successful, thank goodness, last year. Not painful, just worrisome in light of my problems and medications. I would appreciate your thoughts.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The involuntary movements and twich involving ey, arm and foot indicate possible alteration in blood levels of certain antibodies responsible for connective tissue disorder. Kindly get a basic clinical examination with your doc for best possible guidelines of further care. For primary relief, an intake of tablet acetaminophen would help great deal in this instance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
