What Could Mild Termors, With A History Of Bells Palsey Suggest?

My son is a 22 yr old in apparently good health. He has very mild hand tremors. Two years ago he had an episode of Bells Palsey whic h resolved within 6 months. He spent quite a bit of time in Asia within the last year but has had no signifigant health issues.
