General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Generally Mifepristone is taken first and 48 hours after which, Misoprostol is to be used. This helps in complete medical termination of pregnancy. Since 72 hours have passed and you have not experienced any symptoms, I would suggest you to visit your gynecologist for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
