What Could Missed Periods Indicate?

Hi i had unprotected sex on 18th may and had my periods after that on 20th may ..it was completely normal..but this month i didn t get my periods..i have done pregnancy test twice but the results are negative..are there chances i m pregnant? Should i be worried?

I understand ur concern.
See missed periods after unprotected intercourse is definitely a matter of concern.
As both urine pregnancy tests are negative so its less likely that you are pregnant but still an ultrasound only can confirm that.
If not possible than u can have tab. Primilate N for 5 days and than stop to start menses.
If still u don't get menses than please visit your gynecologist .
