What Could Missed Periods With Negative HPT Result Indicate?

i havent been this late on my period its been 41 days since my last period and i took three pregnancy tests. one test a while ago and came out negative and a couple days ago 2 at once and both came out negative and i havent been stressing or anything and im getting really curious

Dear; thanks for using our service, I reviewed your question and understood your concern. I recommend you to have a blood pregnancy test,if this one is negative, the possibility of pregnancy is low.If after 3 months you dont have menstrual period, then will need to have a hormone evaluation for other possibilities of amenorrhea (lack of menstrual period) as early menopause,increased levels of prolactin,hypothyroidism, just giving you few examples .
