Hello,

I can understand your concern. It seems that you have developed abscesses as white lesions along the jawline along with swollen lymph nodes that drain the mandible and associated areas.

I would advise you to visit a dentist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon for clinical examination of the area and take an OPG that is an x-ray showing entire oral cavity along with associated bones.

Based on the OPG or CT scan results, diagnosis can be confirmed and treatment can be started.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
