What Could Muscle Pain In Lower Leg & Joints With Difficulty In Walking Suggest?

two years ago,I feel and slipped out of a cave,my hip sat on the rock steppind down from the cave ,I thought it is just a normal falling,last year I found my self limbingwhen I walk, and I felt my lower leg muscle pain and the pain came even to my upper thght and my hip joint,what really is the problem?
