What Could My Bloating, Early Satiety, Rectal-to-scrotal Pain After Bowel Movements, Low-grade Fever, Mild Nausea, And Elevated Creatinine Indicate?

The past few weeks I ve experienced bloating, early satiety, pain from my rectum to my scrotum after a bowel movement, occasional low-grade fever, and mild nausea. Thursday the pain was so severe that I had my wife take me to the urgent care. They did a urinalysis and blood test. I just got results today. My creantinine level is high, so they said something is going on with the kidneys. This surprised me. I thought it would be something with my prostate. It s there anything it could be that involves both?
