What Could Nose Bleeds With Mucus Suggest?

Hi Docter from last almost 3 years im having a problem of bloody mucus in my nose specially only right side. Now a days im having flu so today i noticed while throwing this flue from my nose there was blood in that flu. Some time it dont come some times it comes like mucus mixed with blood. Im so tens plz tell me is this normal.

Blood mixed mucosa could be due to sinusitis, impacted foreign body or bleeding polypus.

Need to evaluate with nasal endoscopy or ct scan of para nasal sinuses.
