What Could Numb Foot And Ankle During Pregnancy Suggest?

For the past 5 days my right foot has been numb to where i lose my balance sometimes. The last couple of days it was worked it's way to my ankle and now to the back of my leg. I am also pregnant so i was wondering if this is something i should be concerned with.
