What Could Numbness In Genitals Radiating To Whole Body Indicate?

Starting about 6 hours i noticed my genitals are numb and have stayed numb. It started at my testicles and now has spread throughout my body, stomache, right side of face and neck, legs, arms and chest, it is gradually covering mybody. I have not done any iregular activities or didnt hurt anything.should i seek medical attention right now

This can be start of some symptoms. Most likely its allergic. If this thing is bothering you or there is any redness in any area, increase itching, fever, pustules or if these symotoms appear you definitely need medical attention.
