What Could Numbness Of Fingers With Nausea And Vertigo Suggest?

Hi, thanks for being available, this may be nothing but I am concerned about these symptoms. I am a 63 year old man in reasonable health, self employed as a remodeler. I was awaken by my hand going to sleep at 3 this morning which has happened before but it is not coming out of it. It is a little better standing than sitting or lying. It seems to have been getting worst now for several months from occasionally going numb in my right index finger and thumb. Yesterday doing some finish molding on a door way I got nauseous when putting up the trim over my head and a little out of balance, more than usual. I have problems with vertigo I think cause I can't lay on the ground and work under a car anymore it makes me nauseous. I worry is I am at risk of a heart attack? Doug
