What Could Numbness Of Hand And Face Suggest?

I was sitting at schoool for about two hours before class. My right hand went numb. I shook and rubbed it a little and it eventually went away. Then, the right side of my face went numb. Including, my teeth and toung. My right foot went numb for a few minutes too. Something serious, or nothing?
