What Could On And Off Giddiness With Low Pulse Rate Indicate?

Hi. I am a 55yr old male. No meds, drugs or excessive alcohol. I am in above average condition. I have always been active. I eat well. My problem is that for the past 3-4 days I get dizzy when I go to lay down and then again when I get up. It goes away within 30 seconds or so. I have always had a low pulse rate. My doctor always tells me I have a very strong heart. My cardio is very good. I have been athletic all my life. I will tell you that I was out in the sun a few days ago doing yard work. I did bake my bald head a little, nothing like a bad sun burn just noticed a small amount of redness. I thought I was drinking enough water.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it would be advisable to investigate the condition properly before it can be labeled as functional disease and for that you need to get done the CT of brain, ECHO stress cardiography, if all these turned negative then it could be nonspecific symptoms and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
