What Could On And Off Hearing Loss In Ears Indicate?

I have a sudden loss of hearing in both ears, like they are clogged. It comes and goes, sometime if I put my head back or lay down it subsides until I get up. Sometimes it lasts of the day, sometimes off and on. Very difficult to hear and i just feel fuzzy.

I really appreciate your concern, the most common reason would be ear wax impaction (cerumen impaction ) if this is partial or intermittent hearing loss, if this is so then it need be clean the ear and wax needs to be removed, and for that you need to see the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
