What Could On And Off Lumps On Vagina Suggest?

For some time now i have repeatedly had lumps that appear and disappear on my vagina. The bumps vary but they usually start of as hairless hard lumps that then become sensitive and pus filled. Once the pus drains the lump disappears only to appear sometime later. The lumps seem more common in the days leading to my period. I have stopped shaving for close to 6 months now and have had antibiotics and tried an antibacterial cream from a local pharmacist but nothing has yet changed. I had this problem before my 1st sexual encounter so Ive ruled out the chance of it being an STD. This has been an ongoing problem for close to 5years now
