I had a tonsillectomy January 13 th. Since then I get small bumps on the left side of the back area of my tongue. They seem to come and go. If I gargle with peroxide it helps. I don't want another doctor bill however I would like some answers. Is this normal?
Yes it is normal and the bumps are , what is called lingual tonsils! You can search this in google. These will subside in a few days and i would like you to continue your gargles. If however you develop pain or fever, you may have to see the doctor again. Thanks
