What Could Pain And Pressure In Lower Abdomen With Constant Urge To Urinate Indicate?

I am having pain and pressure in my lower abdomen. It is better if I lie down. Feels like I need to have a bowel movement or urinate constantly. A few days ago I thought I had stomach virus, but no diarrhea. My lower back also hurts. No UTI. Not constipated.

Hello and thank you for your question!
Pain in the lower abdomen may be a sign of a wide range of conditions. The most usuall cause is Urinary tract infection. So you must be very sure to rule it out!!! What type of exams did you take that excluded UTI? I would suggest a Urine culture. Also i reccomend an Ultrasound of the entire Urinary tract!
Also kidney stones may cause this type of pain. There might be a problem with you blodder to.If your are a female you must do a Pelvic Ultra sound to check your reproductive system for any malformation.
Do some of this exams and then let me know. Ill be glad to help you^
Best regards!
