Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Could Pain In Arms And Spine With Tingling Legs And Dizziness Indicate?
I ve had right hip pain for about three months as well as a steadily climbing d-dimer Everything else has happened in the past day and now past hour. I have consistent left arm pain since yesterday evening. As the day has continued, my left leg has tingling and so does my right arm and now left hand and toes. It s changing by the minute... About two hours ago, I had a pain to up my spinal cord to my head and had a which passing dizzy spell. One hour ago, I have a throbbing pain in the center of my back. My last d-dimer wad 1.36... That s up from .87 back in March when it s elevation wad first detected. I ve had stays, CTs, a hip MRI in late June and today an orthopedist instructed me to take bromelian (?) to reduce inflammation because I am allergic to NSAIDs.
As per my clinical experience, the tingling legs and dizziness do indicate possible issue with the spinal cord lesion in terms of vascular insufficiency of spinal arteries or else. The MRI of the cervical spine is most effective modality to approach the underlying diagnosis after the clinical examination with neurological signs and reflexes.
