my inside of my elbows are really aching and the pain goes up the arm and across my shoulder and neck on the left hand side and sometimes on the right, i feel short of breath and slightly dazzed, i wake up every morning with stomach pains and my heart hurting, although the pain in my heart will fade slightly with movement, but i am left with an intergestion pain over my chest area
