What Could Pain In Foot And Achy Hands With History Of Blood Clots Indicate?

Hi I have a pain in my foot which hurts when walking or putting pressure on my foot. It is just under the joint of my third toe. The pain came on suddenly and I was just walking this had happened previously and lasted a few days. I ve also had achy hands and feet recently and have a history of Blood clots

Thanks for posting your query.

There are many conditions which can explain your problem. Common among them are Gout, Vitamin D deficiency or osteoporosis.

You can take a over the counter pain killer like combiflam or tyelenol for pain relief. You can also get hot compresses 2-3 times a day.

But I also recommend you to get certain tests to check the cause of your problem.

In the regard I recommend the following tests. Kindly revert back with reports.

Serum Uric acid, Serum Vitamin D 3 and X ray foot .
