General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi,
Your problem can be most likely tension head ache. Stress, anxiety, improper sleep and wrong postures while working can be the reason. Do stress relaxation exercises like breathing exercise. Sit relaxed and take a couple of deep breaths and release slowly. This you can repeat several times a day. Follow sleep hygiene. Taking anti oxidants like vitamin C, Vitamin E and Green tea is also good.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
