What Could Pain In Lower Abdomen With Bouts Of Diarrhea Post Sex Indicate?

Had sex with my partner whose penis fairly large last night. I am on the pill, so we didn t use a condom. This morning I have had pains in my lower abdomen and episodes of diarrhea. Any reason why this may have happened and should I be worried of an unwanted pregnancy?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of diarrhea and abdomen pain may not be due to coitus and it is not the pregnancy, but diarrhea and pain could be due to dyspepsia, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
