What Could Pain In Shoulder Blade With Numbness Suggest?

I have bad pain on my back near my left shoulder blade. At first, I thought it was a pinched nerve, but now I am not sure. There is numbness that accompanies this pain, and it happens to be right on a mole. What is wrong?? I'm going to see my doctor on Tuesday, but should I go tomorrow instead? It hurts really BAD!
