What Could Pain In Upper Abdomen With Heart Palpitations Suggest?

Left upper abdominal pain plus heart palpitations. For the past year, I have been under a lot of stress. About three months ago, I started getting heart palpitations and constant pain in my upper left abdoman. Had a Angio CT scan which indicated the structure of my heart is normal. However, my cardiologist said I had an irregular heart beat. He thinks it may be caused by stress. I am very stressed about the pain in my left upper abdoman. I do not have a fever and I am not nauseaus. However, I burp a lot and sometimes it hurts when I swallow. Also had a EGD and colonoscopy done in October last year; everything was normal; however, doctor said I had nonulcer dypsea. Can you give me advice? I am very concerned abou the upper stomach pain, especially worried about having problems with my pancreas. My grandmother died from pancreatic cancer.

doesn't look like a matter of worry. still you didn't mention anything about abdominal usg or ct scan. I guess it must have been done and normal. if not get it done just to be sure.
Now you should avoid junk, spicy food, cola drinks, alcohol, smoking, oily foods. Avoid bulky meals instead consume small multiple meals. Regular exercises may help. You can ask your physician to test yourself for h. pylori, which frequently cause stomach infection and treatment of which may resolve your symptoms if test is positive.
over and above antacid treatment should help you.
