What Could Painful And Stiff Knee After Having Revised Total Knee Replacement Mean?

Please type your query here...Hi,about a year ago I had a revision with a total knee replacement still having problems have had knees drained 3 times there is blood when drained and just found out that I have limes still have pain and very stiff,not sure what to do next?
