What Could Painful Bump On Vagina With White Dot On Top Oozing Yellow Discharge Be?

I had a kind of painful bump on my vagina, today I noticed it had a little white dot on top and I got rid of it thinking it was just toilet paper, then a yellow discharge came out, the more I squeezed it, the less painful the bump got and it went down a lot! It doesn t hurt any more and is barely there. What could it be?

Hi,
As per your symptoms, it is more likely to be an abscess. The yellow discharge could be pus and the white dot the punctum, which you have opened. If you have associated swollen lymph nodes, you would need further investigation. Else, a Bartholin's abscess is the most likely cause. Please get blood counts, blood sugar levels and urinalysis and see a specialist for further management. Maintain genital hygiene. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
