What Could Painful Diaphragm After Pollen Intake, For Constipation, Indicate?

I had taken bee polen and the first time it worked.. it also heped my ibs ..i had had a bowl movement regularly and i had finally lost my weight that i want off.. then i started getting constipated again. The bee pollen had been the only thing to help so i went back on it. I had no result but my diaphram hurting.. to press,to breath, anything.. it feels as if its hanging down. Ive been taking mineral oil occasionslly to help now and it seems to work beautifully.im still having pain in my diaphram.. it even hurts to have intercourse. Please help!

Hi thanks for asking question.you want to know about condition that can lead to diaphragm pain.
First simply it could be infective causes.like viral or bacterial infection.
Second it can be because of trauma to that muscle or nerve.
Third it can be because of muscular dystrophy like condition.
Even malnutrition can lead to pain.
Analgesic taken for pain relief.
If cause not clear chest x ray or pulmonary function test done as further work up.
Complete blood count also done if associated fever present.
In special case nerve conduction study can be done.
