Hello,

Knot may be a muscular spasm or nerve injury or post surgery neuralgia or lumbar spondylosis with radiculopathy. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get an X-ray of lumbosacral spine ap and lateral view. Use tablet Aceclofenac with Chlorzoxazone for five days. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
