What Could Painful Lump In Throat Causing The Urge To Vomit Indicate?

Hi there, I was seen in UC yesterday thought I had strep throat, just have a viral cold. However, there is a sensation in what feels like my esophagus, some kind of lump, it felt like I needed to vomit, it wasn t coming up naturally so I forced it up. After vomiting a lot, I can still feel this lump and I still feel like I could vomit more. Thoughts ? Yes it s painful

I really appreciate your concern, acid reflux disease is very likely and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time and this need to be continue for four weeks, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
