What Could Painful Ribcage Suggest?

I feel little pains in my left ribcage, are they a concern? They dont cause numbness or pain in my left arm or shoulder but they concern me. I often get a rapid HR at times from my anxiety/panic disorder. I just wanted to know if it needs a check with my doctor?
