What Could Painful Testicles With Difference In Size Suggest?
Hi My Name Is Naresh And Age Is 17-1/2, My left testicle is slighltly bigger than the other one..... this started when i was about 14 one morning i felt a lot of pain in my stomach and when i touched my testicle it was like broken... i was shocked and waited for the pain to stop... it stopped after an hour.... then the pain came never again till one year.... once more i got it after an year an the same thing happened... from then till now i have no problem now but i wanted to know what was it really and if any thing will happen to my balls later... please reply me....
1.The pain could be due to any infective / inflammatory cause what you feel on and off. 2.There can not be a broken testicles, as broken testicles will give such a pain that one hardly can bare that pain - its medical emergency. 3.You might be feeling small sized testis but its not accurate - seek some medical help. 4.An ultrasound will answer all your questions - size of testis, blood supply, presence of any infection / inflammation. Epididymis, chord status. 5.Treatment will be a course of antibiotics with symptomatic treatment. Good luck.
