What Could Painful Urination With White Strings On The Tip Of Penis Indicate?

I am a 21 year old male. For the past month or so I have had pain or struggle while urinating. Sometimes the stream is heavy and sometimes is is barely a stream at all. On the painful times, it feels like it is clogging up and when I spread the tip I see lots of little balls and strings of white things. I have had three sexual partners in my life. This last partner I ve been exclusive with had been my partner for a year. If either of us had an STD it would have shown long before. I m scared that if I go to the local doctor and he says that it is in fact an STD that she will think I ve cheated and caught something. But I have been faithful so that isn t a possibility. What do yall think?

Hi,

By the symptoms you describe you are suffering from a urinary tract infection. The white stuff around the penis head is physiological and not related with cystitis. Be relaxed as this is not STD. All you need is a urinalysis and a urine culture. Based on them you will be treated. I recommend you drinking plenty of liquids in your diet.
