What Could Partial Black On Lower Vision Of Eye After Being Hit By A Ball Mean?

Hi I got hit on my right eye yesterday while playing cricket. Initially, I flushed water on that and it seemed OK. Well, I noticed that I do not have any problem during day , basically if there is light. But in low light or in the dark, I feel partial black on the lower vision of my eye. what should I do?. I do not have any pain on my eyes.
