What Could Pelvic Muscles Spasm With An ESR Of 28mm/hr In The Elderly Indicate?

I am 51 years old female. My ESR read 28mm/hr. And My Eosin is 7%. I had ceast taken out near my ovule in 2004. For the past 4 years, Inconsistantly, i felt pain at my lower left pelvic. It feels like contraction & musle spasm. It came once a while. What does that mean.

It is possible that there is a recurrence of a cyst , you would need imaging of the pelvis to determine this.

Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell and form part of the immune system. They look at the possibility of allergies mainly though can be affected by other conditions such as parasites, bacterial infections
Your value is only slightly above the normal, if it was very high, it would indicate a problem

In term of the ESR, the normal range for women over 50 is 1 to 30, so your value is within normal range.
