What Could Penile Discomfort Post Renal Stone Removal Suggest?

I am a 62 year old male who just had a procedure done to break up Kidney stones. I am urinating more often but having less urine come out. And towards the end of the stream I am experiencing some noticeable discomfort at the end of my penis. Is this normal? I have yet to pass anything that I have been able to detect.

hello,
thank you for writing in to hcm.
the symptoms described by you can be seen after surgery. some stones are very minute and can be flushed out through urine. hence drink good amounts of water so that the stones can be washed off.
if the discomfort persists kindly consult your urologist. they might want to do a ultrasound scan to see the patency of the uretric tubes and the condition of the bladder.
regards,
dr.riyanka
