What Could Persistent Dull Pain In Upper Left Chest Indicate?

I have been having a dull chest pain for over two weeks. It is in my upper left chest. The pain is not sharp, it has a heavy feeling, like a pulled muscle. I also have random pain in my leg that is also not sharp ir severe. It occurred to me today that this may be related to red bull. I drink 5 or 6 sugar free red bulls per week. I have also been exercising about 30 minutes a day four days a week. I am not sure if I need to see a doctor or if the pain will subside if I stop drinking the red bull. Should I go to an emergency room?

HI
Well come to HCM
Here the you have not mentioned your age and gender, this was very important to advise it in right way, still I could say that such pain could be due to heart but (Hyperacidity) and this can be well managed with PPI (Proton pump inhibitors) and best drug would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg " once in day, and better to get done the EKG test, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
