What Could Persistent Low BP With Lightheadedness Indicate?

have extreme low blood pressure constant at about 80/48 cardiologist has done halter monitor and ultra sound , says all ok drinking 60 plus ounces of water and taking salt but am lightheaded all time been this way quite awhile don t know what to do

Hello,

In some individuals the blood pressure is persistently low and is a physiological variant. As of now drink plenty of water or salter fluids to keep yourself hydrated and to avoid symptoms of hypotension.
