What Could Persistent Tightening Feeling In Knee Muscles Indicate?

Hi I am seeking advice for a persistent pain in my leg that feels like the tendons or muscles are tightening, the pain is from behind my knee and goes up the back of my thigh. Is there anything you could suggest that could be causing this, I have heard that it can be caused by dehydration but I drink plenty of water throughout the day and its only my left leg that s painful.

HI
Well come to HCM
Here the chances of muscular spasm is very likely and this is not due to dehydration, this could be due to poor gate (walking ) in my opinion this can be managed with the medicine given bellow
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
have some rest this would come around soon, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
