What Could Pink Or Brown Vaginal Discharge After Undergoing C-section Mean?

Need to know what this vaginal discharge is. I Had a baby a year ago via c section. August I had a period. Septembet to now I have had a scantish pinkish brown discharge with some stretchy brownish red discharge and also some clear discharge. I Also have a pic of something stringy that is just unexplainable...please help me. I have no insurance and need to know if this is major. thanks
