What Could Pins And Needles In Hands With Headache Post Pregnancy Suggest?

I started getting pins needles in hands and feet 4 weeks ago. Had baby 8 months ago and still breast feeding. P and N are almost continuous and hands ache in cold, or feel swollen in heat are slightly discoloured (blueish). Had hands turning blue in late pregnancy but all disappeared until now. Any ideas?
