HAS - pus cells: 2-3/Hp, Epithelial cell: +, T. Vaginalis : nil Yeast cell :+, Bacterial cell: ++,

Culture and sensitivity report
Organism (s) isolated: urine: (1) Yielded moderate growth of Escherichia coil after 24hrs of incubation at 37c
Has(2) Yielded moderate growth of Staphylococcus aureus after 24hrs of incubation at 37c.

ECS: (3) Yielded moderate growth of Staphylococcus aureus after 24hrs of incubation at 37c.

The hormonal profile result roads thus:
LH: 53.1miu/m1
FISH: 58. Omiu/m1
PRL: 13.4ng/m1
E2: Estradiol - 22.9pg/m1
Progesterone: Progesterone 1.8ng/m1

Comment: Ovarian Failure

Finally, the Thyroid function test read thus:
T3 - 1.9ng/m1 0.8 -1.9 ng/m1
T4 - 16.2 ng/d1 5 -13 ng/m1
TSH - 2.8 uiu/m1 0.4 - 4.0 uiu/ dm1
