What Could Pregnancy Symptoms Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?

hi i have a weird question to ask, i had got my friend a few weeks ago , before that ive had a pinkish discharge , and a milky creamy discharge, so thought maybe i was pregnant ,but i got my friend. and now two weeks after my friend, my breasts are sore,and feel heavy ive had sex but each time he pulls out. ive looked up online and it says stuff like breast cancer or possibly pregnancy , so i was wondering if you could give me a little insight on what could be wrong with me oh and my nipples are tender, not really sore but more sensitive then normal. thanks.

I can understand your problem of having pregnancy symptoms following unprotected penetrative sex.
Pregnancy should be ruled out first.
Even though your friend pulled out before actual ejaculation of the seminal fluids, the pre ejaculatory secretions from his penis contains sufficient amount of active and motile sperms to fertilize the egg in the fallopian tube.

So, there is every possibility of pregnancy.
The signs and symptoms described in your query are suggestive of an early pregnancy. So, to be sure get the urine pregnancy test done and consult a gynecologist.
