What Could Pregnancy Symptoms With Severe Cramps While On Pill Indicate?

I m 21, have PCOS, and am on the pill with no breaks on taking it due to mood swings and anemia. I ve been thinking I might be pregnant - nauseous, minor cramps, feel different...but today I m getting really bad cramps only when I sit down. Feels worse than my normal period cramps. Spotting a bit, too. If I were, I would be anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks along. Thanks!

Hi,

Prolonged intake of contraceptives cause overload and imbalance in hormones. Giving you the symptoms. You may get breakthrough bleeding after the cramps. Please have regular periodic check up by your gynecologist for management of the PCOD.
