What Could Pressure In Vagina With Bruises Suggest?

I am having a wierd pressure pain in my vagina like I had when I was giving birth to my son. The same pressure pain that made me feel like I never wanted to have another baby again. It kind of feels like bruising on the outside but pressure coming from the inside. I dont know how else to explain it.
