What Could Problem In Reading Indicate?

My 11 year old daughter just told me that when she reads it seems like the words are moving back and forth, which makes reading difficult for her. Is this a form of Dyslexia? It has been noted by her teachers that she has trouble reading but I was not aware of the words "moving" until now.
