What Could Prolonged Bleeding And Bloating While On Depo Shot Indicate?

Hey I m on depo its just my first shot and my next is due in Nov 12. Iv had consistent bleeding every week 3days to 5 days out of the week changing 2 to 4 tampons each day. To me this isn t spotting Iv noticed tonight I m super bloated... I m not sure if It can be a pregante thing ii vv been using condoms and havnt had much sex. My stomach is also.making weird bubbly noises as well. Help? Should I not take my 2nd shot n switch to the patch or nova. I tried the IUD but bled for 2 months straight worse than this so I changed to the shot but seems like I m having issues with this as well...

If the depo shot is causing intolerable bleeding then you may need to consider switching to another agent that would work better for you.

In some persons the symptoms decrease with continued use so it is possible that they may not be present with additional doses of medication so you would have to decide if you wish to try a second shot and see its effects.

The gurgling sounds in the abdomen are not likely related to the depo.
