What Could Prolonged Burning Sensation In Chest Elevated Post Physical Exercises Indicate?
Sir, I have been suffering from chest burning sensation for close to eight years. the discomfort become severe if i walk or run or scale high places . but when i waik or run in the morning the pain is very low.Ihave consulted many cardiologist and took ECG TMT STRESS THALLIUM which are all normal and they prescribed acidity medicines . consulted many gastro entrologists but they said that the disfort is due to cardiac problem. I am confused please advise.
You are suffering from prolonged burning sensation in the chest area and when doing exercises or when you walk or run uphill. Your symptoms can be indicative of GERD that is causing acid reflux and hence gastritis or it may also be indicative of developing coronary artery disease. You are suggested to include fiber in your diet. Take adequate quantity of water and fluids to help better bowel movement.
Avoid constipation, constipation triggers gastritis and hence burning sensation. Take laxatives if required. Avoid spicy, oily, junk food. take well balance, nutritious food cooked in olive oil. Get clinically examined by a Cardiologist, get lipid function tests, repeat stress test, echocardiography and all required cardiac function tests done to detect any coronary artery disease (CAD) developing. You will be treated accordingly. Avoid addictions if any. Maintain healthy weight.
