What Could Pulling Sensation In Head & Eyes Could Be?

Dr .my 10 yr old daughter.. she complains about some pulling sensation on her right side of head and both the eyes look that particular side when it happens. it lasts for 2 or 3 sec and she will be alright. we did MRI, EEG, Vision related tests.. all seem to be normal. One of the Dr. says it is migrane. please help me on this
